So I’ve got a bunch of these AA employee recognition tickets that I always seem to carry with me but never actually use. What have others experienced that warranted an employee getting one of your recognition awards?

I give 95% of mine away to phone agents, with the remainder going to the occasional outstanding lounge AAngel. All my AA crews have been decidedly un-exceptional lately. 🙁

I’ve given one to a flight attendant. Only one. This flight attendant was awesome in every way possible. Was actually one of the flight attendants in the AA safety video!

Most of mine go to flight attendants who’ve provide extra personal service. I’ve given a phone agent once, and once to a ramp agent. I don’t know why I haven’t thought to give to lounge agents; they’ve definitely consistently provided some of the best, friendliest service. Noted for the future!
