What to do before the Citi Prestige Card Perks end?

What to do before the Citi Prestige Card Perks end?

  1. Anonymous Guest

Any plans to do an article on steps to take with the 4th night Citi Prestige Card perks coming to an end? For example, my annual fee just posted, and I’ve got a bunch of hotel stays that I’ll likely have for the end of the year that I’d like to book a bunch of 4 nights before the booking option comes to an end. Would I be able to book them using the concierge email and pay for them on the card, still have the 4th night reimbursed and cancel the card to avoid the annual fee, but not cancel the hotel stays?

What’s the best roadmap over these next 2-3 weeks before these perks end?

It’s probably a good idea to book at least all reservations without cancellation penalties soon. The Citi Prestige voice prompts no longer allow you to be connected to Citi Concierge. When I spoke with a Citi representative 2 day ago to request to be transferred to a Citi Concierge rep, he became misleading and told me that they’re now using Citi ThankYou. It was only when I reminded the rep that Citi Concierge bookings are still possible through 8/31 and became quite insistent that I be transferred to a Citi Concierge that I was connected to a Citi Concierge. FYI, Concierge’s direct phone number is (800) 508-8930 or (561) 922-0158. I don’t know if it’s necessary to contact a regular Citi rep first in order to receive the fourth night free.
