Weird routes from IAH

Can anyone help me make sense of these “new” routes from Houston to Tel Aviv nonstop on the 788 ([URL]https://flightaware.com/live/flight/UAL2532/history/20200901/1510Z/KIAH/LLBG[/URL]) and Qatar flight from IAH to LGG to DOH on a 777 ([URL]https://flightaware.com/live/flight/QTR8913/history/20200831/1210Z/KIAH/EBLG[/URL])? I notice this does not utilize the A380-1000. Are these largely cargo routes or what? The seats on the TLV flight seem to be pretty open, but I can’t find a seat map for the QR flight.

United new routes. It will be SFO Bangalore. Intel clues in commercial plus Intel has huge operation, over $1 billion investment and commitments to further expansion with dozens of re companies upcoming. I say service will commence late 2021. Another possible announcement is an extension FOR service to include JNB.
