Villa by Marriott
I sent 4 emails last week to Villa by Marriott (2 emails inquiring about 2 appartements in Paris and 2 emails to their general email address) and no answer. Their website said we will be contacted with 48 hours.
It has been 5 days. Is « Villa by Marriott » working ?
Welcome [USER=5667]@Vpoiri[/USER] – well it’s been well-documented that Marriott’s IT systems aren’t great. Have you tried reaching out on Twitter to see if you can get help that way? Or is there a number you can call? If it’s a US number keep in mind that Monday is a federal holiday so responses may be slow or delayed until later in the week.
