    Hi Ben –

    I’m trying to use my United Miles to book a rental car. As I’m sure you know, this is handled by ( you log into your mileage plus account, and then it directs you to The system is not allowing me to use award miles. You can only purchase with money. The error message actually says no car are available, try another date, etc. That is a false message, since no matter what date, city or time I put in, the message says the same thing. I’ve called 1) mileage plus 2) united tech support and 3) No one knows anything. Any info on issue would be appreciated. Thank you. Greg Wallace Seattle
