Welcome [USER=1323]@asianhawks[/USER] – If the ANA flights are bookable on the Singapore Airlines website you can book directly there. If not, you’ll have to call the Singapore call center and have them book it for you.

Personally I’d take advantage of the 15% discount for booking online and go with Singapore Airlines anyway.
