Using Avios on AA domestic

Using Avios on AA domestic

  1. Anonymous Guest

I have used Avios on AA many times over the years. Looking now, I am seeing much less availability and particularly availability that doesn’t line up with what AA is showing. For example, on 4/18/18 AA has pretty much every shuttle flight from BOS-DCA available for 7.5K miles which is the lowest saver rate. But BA doesn’t show any of these flights as being available. Has there been some change where BA now draws from a totally different award pool for AA flights?

See if those flights show up on Alaska Airlines’ website. If they do, they should be bookable with Avios if you call – it could be a glitch on BA’s end.
