Mike M New MemberDoes anyone know whether I can use my AA 500-mile upgrades (Platinum status) for myself and my partner on an upcoming flight that my partner is going to book for both of us with his TY points? (i.e. I have the AA status and upgrades; he has the TY points we want to use to book both of our tickets… we’d be booked on same itinerary).

To AA it should appear just like any other revenue ticket so as long as the fare class is one that you can use the upgrades on, you should be fine.
