Anonymous GuestHas anyone used option town for upgrades? I’m being quoted a ridiculously low amount to upgrade to business class for a 13 hour flight on an A350 operated by Vietnam airlines. I’m just wondering if this is some kind of scam. Do you get your money back if your upgrade doesnt go through?

Woodrow GoldI used option town for my wife on SAS. Paid for Economy to Business, but she was only able to be upgraded to Premium Economy. I was refunded the difference, which was about $400, each way. This was 2 years ago.
