    Why is United Airlines division for hotels not taking phone call???

    I booked two hotel reservations with United miles and have been trying to cancel the rooms for 6 days. The phone messages says their system is down or the wait times are excessive. I have tried several times each day with no success. There is only one phone number and they are not answering it.
