Ulanbator (Mongolia) – Asia Region 1?

Ulanbator (Mongolia) – Asia Region 1?

Could someone confirm please that MONGOLIA (Ulanbator [ULN]) is in Asia region ONE (1) as far as award redemption rates are concerned? It does not show this on AA’s website, but years ago that had been the case.
Please also let me know which airlines within the Oneworld alliance I can redeem AA miles for for travel to ULN. I heard that for both AA and Cathay Pacific, but would like to be sure.
I also have lots of UR points from Ink Preferred and Cash cards, so could use those to transfer to Korean’s Skypass.
    Thanking you:

The region it’s considered to be a part of will depend on the airline. No oneworld airline or affiliate currently flies to ULN. So you can take use oneworld miles.

Korean Air, Aeroflot, Air China and Turkish do fly there from their hubs though.
