Trouble ordering meals online on AA business
Has anyone had issues selecting or even viewing the meal options on a business class AA flight from LAX-HND? I’m 3 weeks away but the option isn’t available though the tab was showing before but would say not within 30 days when I tried to click on it. I called customer service to see what they said. The first guy had no clue that that was even an option online and started reading me the available “special requests” menus. I said thanks, called back and the second guy had the same answer. When I explained he said oh, sometimes they are not offered. Told me to email customer support for a “possible” answer. I’m going to do that next but wanted to see if anyone here knew anything.–Thanks
