trouble collecting hilton bonus points
in the fall of 2017, I accepted an emailed offer to upgrade to the amex Hilton ascend card. I met the required spend. I have not received the promised bonus. I have my email/phone records to Hilton/amex, but no replies and no points. how can I penetrate the customer service walls and get a satisfactory response?
