Anonymous GuestMy wife and I will be travelling first class from HNL to ORD in March 2021. When I first inquired about first class benefits, I was assured that we could use the lounges at the airports complimentary.
When inquiring about locations some months later, I am told that there would be a $ 59 fee per person. When I complained, I got a snarky reply that the agent in this case made an error.
I would still have to pay. Is there anything I can do?
