I was transferring City Thank You points to Virgin America to obtain the Jet Blue Match. Around 40K of my TY points were from opening a Citi Gold account. They’re not transferring – (due to their taxible nature?) Any way I CAN get them into my Virgin Elevate account? If not – what CAN I do with these points??? -

Unfortunately not. Taxable points do not transfer to airlines. You can use any of the other redemption options (book flights directly with points, parlay into higher values with the Presige/Premier, buy gift cards etc.
