pstm91 DiamondI know the posted transfer time is “instant” from Amex to Lifemiles. I transferred points for a J class TK booking, and the miles do show up in my Lifemiles account activity, but they do not reflect in the mileage balance, which is obviously what I need in order to book the ticket. Has anyone had this issue?
Lifemiles support team told me I have to wait 24 hours to see it reflected. If so, then it’s pretty BS that Amex can claim the transfer time is “instant”, even though they are technically correct from their end.
