Anonymous GuestLucky, I have read you blog posting on “transferring” ThankYou points but the instructions don’t seem to make sense to me. I have done the “Combine ThankYou Points Member Accounts” and both my cards show up in my account but there is no function to “transfer” points. “Points Transfer” is only to transfer points to other FF programs. When I book a ThankYou points reward, it shows my total points. How do I use ALL my points from both cards at the Prestige level of redemption? Are all points from both cards automatically used at that level of redemption or do I need to use some function somewhere to “transfer” Premier points to Prestige points?

There could be an issue with how the separate Thankyou points accounts are setup. I’d call Thankyou and ask them to help combine the points into a single Thankyou account under the Prestige card. That’s what I did
