    Hello Omaat readers,

    I have a question about 2 business class tickets I booked for my parents from Paris to Sydney on Singapore Airlines. I made the booking on june 11th and the payment showed up as reserved on my credit card instantly. Singapore Airlines did not collect the payment within the 21 day reservation window and the payment was canceled by my credit card company (master card).

    I have called my credit card company and they say the payment was not made. I have called Singapore airlines twice and they insure me that the tickets are fully payed and I have nothing to worry about…. I have told them I am sure the payment was not made, but they keep telling me I’m wrong and that I could not have received a confirmed ticket without payment.

    I have received a confirmation, and electronic tickets with a 13 digit number. I’m worried that my parents will show up at the airport and are denied acces. Does anyone have the same experience? What can I do to make sure my parents are allowed on board?

    ps I’ve tried to register but that did not work. The box that I need to click in order to confirm that I agree with the term and conditions is not showing…
