I want to transfer my thankyou points to Qantas to make a redemption on an award flight, online the only option showing is jetblue and something else, so I called citi and the agent said that those are the only options, does anyone know whats going on? Is this temporary?

That doesn’t sound right. Have you tried calling again? You may have just reached a misinformed agent…

Yes I did, this is very strange that’s why I posted this, I tried online several times as well it only offers me 2 transfer options

Huh, I just logged in and it showed me a number of different options including Qantas. Before logging in do you see Qantas as an option?

Out of curiosity which Citi Card have you earned the points with? The only reason I ask is because I recall that there are some restrictions on transferring points for a few citi cards
