Temp Airplane Storage
What is the process for temporarily storing aircraft for an unknown amount of time? Is it similar to “winterizing” a boat or RV? Do fluids need to be drained, does the engines need to be frequently started?
Would really like to know…

I forget the specifics, but yes. I believe engines need to be started periodically. Not sure how often. But that involves taking the coverings over the engines off, etc. And the tires need to be rotated, so they move the plane by a foot or so every set period (I forget if it is weekly, or something else). I don’t know about hydraulic fluids, etc.
