Switching Who you Credit Miles To

Switching Who you Credit Miles To

Yesterday, I booked flights through the United Airlines app to Hong Kong for ~$490 in economy. However, in my haste to book, I forgot to request to credit the miles to Singapore Krisflyer (where I’d get 14,000 miles as opposed to ~2000 miles under United’s MileagePlus).

What should I do in order to let United know that I want the miles credited towards KrisFlyer instead of MileagePlus? Is it something I have to call ahead of time about, or is it possible to ask at check-in to change where I credit these miles?

You can ask the agent at check in to apply your KrisFlyer number to the flights
