I’d call in but I dont think that’s possible. Generally, airlines cannot place passengers on partner airline’s waitlists.

Actually partner was available, SQ on wait list.
Found my answer..SQ can’t waitlist their space and book available partner space on one award. After waitlist clears, then can book available partner space…If its still there:(
