SQ upgrade T booking prem eco

SQ upgrade T booking prem eco

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi guys,

I’m sure this is an easy fix, but how do you go about upgrading a SQ Premium Eco tic booked in T to business? According to the fare rules an upgrade is allowed, but when trying to upgrade on manage booking the option is greyed out saying “Redemption upgrades are not available for this booking. Please refer to the conditions on your ticket for more information.” Is it possible to do this online or do I have to call? Or is an upgrade really not possible? What’s the deal? Thanks so much in advance!

It probably means there isnt any upgrade award space on the route. Have you called Singapore Airlines to ask? If you’re having trouble online but space is available, they should be able to assist you over the phone.
