SQ award attempt

SQ award attempt

    Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you experts that have done SQ award bookings could help with an issue I am seeing on their website. I am looking to book SFO-CKG on 23Dec in the business cabin, however two different price points appear depending on whether or not I click the bubble to select the flight. The routing on this would be SFO-HKG-SIN-CKG and the initial screen displays the 89,000 miles redemption, however when I click it, a box pops up in the upper right saying it is 125,500 miles. The latter price point is the sum of two separate tickets if I were to book SFO-SIN (via HKG) and SIN-CKG separately (95,000 + 30,500).

I cannot look into this any further without having the necessary miles in my account, however I obviously do not want to transfer anything over unless I know what the real cost would be. Thoughts? Insights? Thanks in advance

Hi @MSG93, I can’t see the image but have you tried calling? SQ agents are usually pretty good.
