    Dear all,

    I’m having some difficulty here.

    I spend 100-150 nights a year in SPG hotels, and have been doing so many years.

    Mostly I travel to Canada.

    I used to use quite regularly the Your24/My24 and confirm 8am check ins and outs.

    I move a lot between small cities and often check in 8am, work all day with meetings and sleep at night, then check out the next morning at 5-6am and drive an hour to my next city and check in.

    So in 18 days I would visit 15 cities and pay for 18 nights of hotel rooms and do this 7 times a year.

    I would use the my24/your24 religiously to pay for a single night of hotel at every city and keep my room expenses efficient.

    I already know which hotels mostly always approve the Your24/My24 regularly and would stick with them. I would say that 95% of my requests would be approved – Mostly as these were hotels that generally always accepted my requests.

    Post merger, I am having difficulty. I can no longer request this on the website. I read I need to phone in to the platinum desk.

    So I just called in 2 days ago, and requested for all my hotels. I received since then no emails indicating my request has been made (their system used to generate emails), and only 1 hotel emailed me by the front desk manager to reject my request (the email did not mention anywhere the your24/my24 benefit is rejected, only that a request for an early check in has been rejected).

    I feel like this benefit has been lost, even though it technically does remain on the books.

    Does anyone have any idea on how to avail of this benefit?

    I also (pointlessly) emailed my ambassador, but I have an awful ambassador who never ever replies my emails.

    Same issue… My24 has gone completely in the toilet. And the Ambassadors now all have the 1st response of no, but will see.
