Hi Lucky-
I just talked with a American Express customer service representative about the upgrade offer that I received few weeks ago. He mentioned that my prorated annual fee will be $150.00 and I will receive all benefits until next renewal which is on March 2019. I can downgrade at that time. Is it possible to get $300 hotel credits + 100K points + other benefits by just paying 150$? Thanks.
