I have a couple of SPG award reservations booked for 2019 that I might end up cancelling. Question, if I cancel after August 1st when the programs combine, will I be credited back three Marriott Points per which is the SPG/Marriott ratio today, or will they credit back two Marriott Points since that seems to be the new earning per dollar spent after August 1st. I would appreciate any feedback on this. Thank you. -

I’d like to assume they’ll be credited back as 3x marriott points since that’s the official transfer ratio.
