Hi, I would like to try the refreshed business (or potentially new Suites) on Singapore’s A380. I will be flying from HKG-SIN on Thursday, March 21, and I was considering taking SQ861. Do you know how I might confirm if this flight features the new suites/business? On other blogs, it seems to suggest that the SQ861 flight with the refreshed product is only offered on certain days of the week, and Thursday does not appear to be one of them. I didn’t see specific days mentioned on Lucky’s post though. Thanks in advance!

Thanks David, that’s similar to what I saw elsewhere. Does this imply that SQ861 on other days will be operated with the old A380? Thanks again.

Check the seatmap when you try to book. The new configuration has First (Rows 1-3) and Business class (Rows 11-27 & 91-97) on the upper deck

The seatmap matches what you described, so I booked it! Looks like they must have expanded the frequency of the new aircraft to include additional days of the week. Thanks again for your help!
