Singapore KrisFlyer award availability issues when booking Virgin Atlantic (especially Upper Class)
Have a load of Singapore KrisFlyer miles and am trying to get to London but am having a lot of trouble redeeming them on Virgin Atlantic, both online and through the call center. Availability that comes up on expert flyer, delta, and VS itself does not come as confirmed with SQ (I’ve checked upper class, but also premium economy). Does anyone know what the problem is/how to get around it?
