I booked 2 tickets in business with kris flyer points and wondering if they will allow an upgrade to first if available with more Kris flyer points? Thank you

Is it possible to upgrade a Business class ticket on Singapore air that I purchased with kris flyer points to first with kris flyer points . If so when is a good time to try this? We travel in mid April LAX to NRT.

Yes it’s possible to change the award ticket to F from J.
You will need to pay the $12 change fee, but that is it.
