Singapore A380 First Suite – When do they release 2C & 2D?

I’m traveling with my husband JFK-SIN in First on the A380 and we would like to sit together. Unfortunately 3C & 3D are already occupied and SQ have blocked 2C & 2D because they are bassinet seats. I have requested the 2C 7 2D with SQ but does anyone have experience with when these seats are typically released? The flight is very full as we are traveling in a few weeks. Thanks!
