I booked a return trip (The cheapest ticket) from Manchester (UK) to Delhi (India) with Emirates. They have suspended operations and they are not giving me a full refund GBP650 as my tickets are non-refundable.
They have given me two options:
1. Pay GBP200 cancellation fee and take back GBP450 which will be credited within 90 days.
2. Take GBP650 worth of travel vouchers valid for one year.Looking at the current situation, I am not willing to take travel vouchers for obvious reasons.
What do you think is the best option for me right now?
