Refund from Emirates for a cancelled flight
Hello!
I booked a return trip (The cheapest ticket) from Manchester (UK) to Delhi (India) with Emirates. They have suspended operations and they are not giving me a full refund GBP650 as my tickets are non-refundable.
They have given me two options:
1. Pay GBP200 cancellation fee and take back GBP450 which will be credited within 90 days.
2. Take GBP650 worth of travel vouchers valid for one year.
Looking at the current situation, I am not willing to take travel vouchers for obvious reasons.
What do you think is the best option for me right now?
Cheers!
