Refund for downgrade??
This happened ages ago, but I never pursued it an still would like an answer…
I flew from Salt Lake City to Paris, full fare business class, paid with credit card, fare was over $7,000. On the return flight I was downgraded to coach on one leg– I don’t remember now if it was CDG to JFK or JFK to SLC.
What refund should I have received? Is there a time limit for requesting compensation? Or should I have tried to get my credit card (AmexGold) to help?
