Refund Delay:Qatar Airways
I was due to fly in June with Qatar airways. I booked and paid for this in December of 2019. I requested for a refund in June. In July the 23rd received mail from Qatar advising the refund has been processed and the monies will reflect within a few days and if this doesnt happen then 28 days from the 23rd of July I should get in touch with Qatar. After numerous phone calls and email promises I still have not been credited. I even tried emailing Qatar on their “tell Qatar website ” twice with a response that ” We have escalated your request” and nothing else has happened. Have I exhausted all options?. Do you know who else I may get in touch with?

Moolla, you can try these. I’d start with one person at a time, give him/her time to respond, then try another if you have no luck.
