I have had the Southwest Premier card for the last 2 years. I would like to apply for the Plus card and the business card to obtain the 50,000 point bonus on each to earn the companion pass early 2017. I see the current offer for the Plus card is 40,000 points. Do you know if they will offer the 50,000 bonus on that card again soon?

Thank you, I wonder why they don’t offer this option on the Chase website.

Issuers often have different offers targeted at different population segments so you have to scout around for the best one.

Just like I previously mentioned to someone else on this forum, I still have a promotional email from Southwest Credit Cards ([email protected]), THROUGH which you could still get the 50k bonus if you are approved (I looked at the email from them, and I see no expiration of that “referral” promotion). For that however, we would need to submit your email address through that link to Chase, and they would contact you. If you want to take advantage of that, I would be happy to submit your email address, but do NOT send it through this message board, but rather through a private message, which you can do if you are a registered member. I will then send you a screenshot of the submission, and then you will hear from Chase in about 7 days with a special link for you to apply. Two people have used my link, and they both got the offer for 50k in about 7 days.

I would like to send you my email in a private message. I am brand new as a member of the forum, although I have been receiving the daily blogs for awhile. I haven’t been able to find the information on sending a private message.

@Steve R, just click on Daniel’s name above and it will pop up his profile. Then click on Start A Conversation and that’s the private message function.

@Steve R. I sent the following in a private message to you:
“I have just (10.53 h CST) submitted your first name and email address to Chase using the link they sent me. It went through and you should be contacted by them within 7 days. I have retained screenshots of the process to prove that it went through. Good luck!”
