It’s incredible that more than one First Class trip has had the galley running out of food. How is this possible when people are paying so many thousands of dollars for a seat? Do airlines ever respond to complaints if someone encounters this situation? It would make me crazy if I shelled out 15K and they only had 2 or 3 things left (as with Eithiad inaugural flight).
@ eli — Agreed it’s frustrating, though for what it’s worth, it has only ever happened to me on Etihad. Apparently I’ve just been really unlucky, as it’s the exception rather than the rule.
