Question 1363

Question 1363

    Hi Ben,

I have an interesting situation with an AA oneworld/partners award. I originally had CDG-LHR-AUH-JFK ticketed on June2 with CDG-LHR on BA and the rest on EY. Something came up and I had to shift everything a day later Jun3. However for some reason when I put in the EY record locator it still shows the Jun2 BA segment as a departure and the Jun3 flights as the return. Called AA and EY nobody knows whats going on. I don’t see any funny business using the AA/BA locators. Any ideas? Thanks!

@ Andy — So you’re saying it’s just the BA segment showing incorrectly when you pull up the booking on EY’s website? If so, you have nothing to worry about. It’s just a website glitch.
