Question 1335

Hi Lucky! Do you know of any travel/airfare credit card with which a cash advance would count towards minimum spend on a new card for a sign up bonus? My condo is going to have a big assessment this year and it will dull the sting a great deal if paying it also gets me some point. I don’t need to finance the assessment; I’m able to pay it outright and ideally I’d just charge it and pay it off in full the next month but I’m not sure our management company will let me straight-up put it on a credit card; it’s never let us pay monthly fees that way. I will find out about this on Thursday night, just weighing my options until that time. Thank you for your blog.

@ Chrissy — Unfortunately I don’t know of any that would count a cash advance as spend, sorry. 🙁
