Question 1312

Question 1312

I have a SFO-LAX-HKG-KUL-AKL(destination)-KUL-HKG(stopover)-KIX-LAX-SFO award ticket on hold with USAirways for the next 72 hours. What are the chances that I will be able to get the pricing desk to accept it? I’ve tried twice so far only to have the pricing desk reject it, and it has been taking me 1-2 hours of hold time each time.

I imagine SFO-LAX-HKG-KUL-AKL(destination)-KUL-HKG(stopover)-SFO might have a somewhat better shot, since that does have space right now, but is that unlikely as well? Just trying to figure out how to get to and from New Zealand, hopefully with HKG as well.

@ Everybody Hates A Tourist — It all depends on the agent/pricing desk you get. If you call often enough it might just ticket, assuming they haven’t notated your record.
