    Lucky, I recently had a delayed baggage issue with CX flying from HKG to LHR, receiving my baggage approx 48 hours after I landed in London. Do I have any course of claims against CX?

    @ Grace — You can certainly contact their customer relations department and see if they’ll offer you anything. I would guess they will.
