Question 1216

Question 1216

  1. Anonymous

    Hi Lucky,

I’m planning to book a one-way trip HKG-US East coast. Since availability isn’t that good on CX direct flights, I’m thinking of a paid Business Class ticket. I know there’s the ex-CMB route on QR, and the rate at my date is ~1500 USD oneway, which is fairly good. I just wanted to know if I can expect the price to be consistent close to departure, and if there’s anything I can make use of to maximize the trip (stopovers?) If there’s anything better than the ex-CMB route please let me know as well. Thanks a lot!!

@ Norman — Stopovers typically aren’t allowed on those fares. Those fares are common, so while I wouldn’t count on them being around long term for a specific date, a $1,500 one-way fare is the norm rather than the exception.
