Question 1213

Question 1213

    Hi Ben,

Trying to price 2 Delta One Way Awards DFW>JFK>AMS>FCO on Aug 10 in Business Elite. Delta has only the CL (2nd lowest Saver Award) space available on JFK to AMS. I can’t get the web to price all the way through using those connections. When I price just DFW to AMS via JFK it’s 80k 1 way (Expected price). When I price JFK to FCO via AMS on AZ it prices at 105k 1 way.

Why the big difference when the AZ flight is showing the Classic Space on Delta? When I called Delta Miles the agent couldn’t got those connections to price either.

I’m used to UA miles, so just surprised to see Delta price an award that has Inter Europe Partner Connection affect the price so much.

@ Danny — Unfortunately with Delta you can’t mix levels. So if you book a non-saver award on Delta then you can’t include saver space on partners on that same award. Dumb rule, I know.
