purchased miles tax rebate.
I have seen several references that the 7.5% tax on purchased miles can be refunded if the miles are used for international travel. But I can find no mention of how to do this. Can you help?
Gary over at VFTW posted about this a few years ago, though there’s no concrete, guaranteed method of getting the refund:
