It appears that TPG was calling was calling himself a “Points Pro” – while Ben’s company has a paid service (and I think a TM registration) for POINTSPRO. Ben called out TPG. Most people tweeted that they didn’t see the big deal.

And a few people were offering their expert advice as TM attorneys. I am one. I just said to DM me because I don’t want to tweet or post legal advice – not necessarily because I only will do it for $, but I don’t want to be sued if people rely on what I tweet or post. So I suggested Lucky DM me if he wants some free advice. Plus, I’m solidly in the OMAAT camp, not TPG’s camp. For both info and for legal reasons!
