Hey Lucky, any thoughts on why overhead luggage bins can’t be locked during an emergency? Not sure about the technicalities of installing a locking system, but it would sure stop people being able to risk lives by trying to grab bags during an emergency evacuation. They could also be locked on landing to stop people getting up before docking at the gate.
