Outlet Adapters

Outlet Adapters

Do you all recommend i buy an outlet adapter so iphone, ipad, lap top , etc can plug in no problem ? This would be for Europe in Dec but also i guess for my asia/aussie trip in the spring. I saw something on Amazon for $30 that says it has connections for Europe & Asia.

For electronics, or anything with it’s own “power brick” (and yes, the little box on the iPhone plug is its brick) you don’t need a power converter, just a plug adapter. I’d just get a pack that has a bunch of different types. Keep in mind how many you’ll need for overnight – so maybe the laptop doesn’t stay plugged in all night but the phone and tablet do – or whatever your choice is. You can also get combo power converter/adapters that take up one wall plug but have multiple USB connections.

I use this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00210MRGC/ and combine it with a portable power strip. Works well for me.

This would cover me for both Europe & Asia/Aussie trip and i wouldnt need anything else but this?

You should be good with that. Looks similar to what I have. Just remember warning above – will work with any device that has a “brick”. Some things like electric razors may not have a brick, and could require a converter.
