I was set to fly on May 13th from Huntsville to Dusseldorf direct from Atlanta with Delta. That direct flight has now been canceled, hence the reason I want to cancel my flight and book again for a later date when I can fly direct. I booked my ticket before March 1st but qualify for the wavier fee.

I went to cancel on My Trips on the Delta website but the Atlanta to Dusseldorf flight has disappeared! The other flights for Huntsville to Atlanta is there and also are the two return flights from Dusseldorf to Atlanta and Atlanta to Huntsville. I, of course, have the receipt and confirmation # and mine and my daughter’s ticket #’s which all do show the flight from Atlanta to Dusseldorf on May 13th.

The question I have is, once I’m on My Trips and click the remaining three flights to be canceled to get my credits for my future flights will I also automatically get credits for the missing Atlanta to Dusseldorf flight as it’s in Delta’s system that I have paid for it and on my receipt or will I not get the credit for it as it has somehow vanished from My Trips?

I would appreciate any help on this as everyone knows you can’t get hold of anyone at Delta and I want to cancel my flights and get the credits so I can book ASAP when Delta starts flying again direct to Dusseldorf.

Have you reached out to the Delta Twitter team? Sending them a DM might be a good place to start since you’ve got a little cushion before your travel dates.
