NRT-HND Transfer

NRT-HND Transfer

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky–

In my haste to take advantage of the JAL US-SIN $330 fares, I mistakenly booked a return with an NRT-HND transfer (and one of only 3.5 hrs). I’d prefer not to cancel the itinerary within the 24 hour window if I don’t have to– any advice on how to change it, or what would happen in the almost inevitable case of a misconnect?

Ouch! I think you could make it, provided everything is on time. The trains from Narita to Haneda take ~90 minutes, depending on the time of day, and the Haneda airport is easy.

If things are delayed, I would think you’d be protected and put on the next flight just like any other delay. Maybe someone will chime in with JAL-specific experience though.

(You can also check out the train schedules on this site, if that’s helpful: http://www.hyperdia.com/en)
