Anonymous GuestI am still not able to get my free 12 to 24 month Door Dash membership benefit. I have talked to both Chase and Door Dash support, both have verified that I qualify, both have tried to walk me through the app and the web page, repeatedly removing and adding the card, no luck…they are still investigating.
Anyone else have this issue? I’ve not seen anyone else post about it online. I just wonder if it’s still just me, or if it’s more widespread?

Update: still not working, but DoorDash gave me $15 credit and said they’ll let me know when they make any progress…

I assume your title is just a typo, and you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve, right? Not the Preferred?
