new U.S. passport photo washed out

new U.S. passport photo washed out

  1. Anonymous Guest

I just had my passport renewed and received the new passport book in the mail today. The photo printed in it is severely washed out with my face appearing light yellow (as in an overexposed photo). I googled this and found some Reddit posts suggesting this is par for the course for passports these days and perhaps even an anti-forgery feature. Anyone have insight into this?Should i be concerned about this and have it replaced with a new one?
